My condolences, thoughts and prayers to Norb’s entire family on his passing.

Norb was a friend and mentor early in my career with Wausau Insurance. He was an expert in the field of reinsurance and was always available to share his knowledge. I will never forget our first trip to London together in 1989 when he introduced me to many of his friends and colleges at Lloyds and within the London insurance market.

During our time together and upon his retirement he gave me a number of insurance and reinsurance books and treatises’ which I keep in my office and use to this day. I will continue to remember him as a thoughtful and caring gentleman.
