Ann L. Ladwig, age 55, of Wausau, passed away peacefully on October 31st at Mount View Care Center.
Ann was born on January 12, 1963 to the late Walter and Irene (O’Neil) Ladwig. She attended both Franklin and Lincoln schools and then went on to Life Skills Center. Ann was employed at IROW and later at Northern Valley Workshop. She was active in Special Olympics and medaled many times in bowling. Ann had a great sense of humor, loved music and dance. Ann was a loving person who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Ann is survived by her siblings Shelia (Richard) Knoeck, Walter (Judy) Ladwig, Bill (Maxine) Ladwig, and Marlene (Garry) Sack; 6 nephews Thomas (Wanda) Woehlert and Jerry (Lynn) Woehlert; Jesse (Lori) Ladwig and Walter Ladwig; and Josh(Jessica) Ladwig and Scott (Miranda) Ladwig; and 2 nieces Kristin (Lewis) Dijkstra and Mandy (Aaron) Jirschele.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church, 621 N. 2nd St., Wausau. Rev. Msgr. Mark Pierce will officiate. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 9:00 am until the time of services at the church on Thursday.
