Arnold Hafeman

Arnold "Bud" Hafeman, 89, of Wausau, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Evergreen Place at Northcentral Health Care Center. Bud was born in the Town of Wausau on March 2, 1928 to the late Arnold and Hazel (Kaufman) Hafeman. He married Ruth Ann Zillman on September 22, 1951 at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wausau and together they worked on the family farm. Bud loved to travel locally. He especially loved taking rides on his Honda Goldwing. He enjoyed spending time with his grand dog Oscar or going to visit his Amish friends and taking time to sit and chat. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann; son David (Char) of Wausau and his grand dog, Oscar. Bud was preceded in death by his parents and his two sisters, Audrey Zahrt and Shirley Zahn. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, January 5, 2018 at St. Paul United Church of Christ, 426 Washington Street. Visitation will take place from 10:00 am until the time of services at the church.
