Arnold “Chip” Loula, age 81, of Weston, died on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital after a long illness.
Chip was born on May 25, 1938 in the Town of Emery, Wisconsin to the late Ladd and Frances (Huml) Loula. He married Rita Thier on August 5, 1961 in Butternut, Wisconsin. Chip worked most his life as a truck driver for various companies. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing but above all he loved his dogs and his family.
Survivors include his wife Rita; daughter Lynn (Greg) Ball; sons Steven Loula, James (Judy Ludwig) Loula, Wayne Loula, and Michael (Robyn Sanns) Loula; sister Arlene Morrison; grandchildren Amanda Marquardt, Brandon (Lisa) Ball, Brittany (Chris) Danens, Adam (Kim) Ball, Brianna Hoopman, David Loula, Sydney Loula, Jake Loula and Jeremy Loula. 12 great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to thank Aspirus Wausau Hospital & Aspirus Kidney Care for their excellent & compassionate care, the Weston EMT'S for the many times they assisted us, and Brainard Funeral Home for their special care.
