Brenda K. Coffman

Brenda Coffman, 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 17, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Brenda was born to John and Dorcas Gorenflo on December 27, 1947, in Marion, OH.

On April 2, 1966, she married her high school sweetheart, Lindsey Coffman. Through the years they enjoyed traveling, boating, camping, and simply just spending time together. For a number of years, they were snowbirds and spent the winters in Port Charlotte, FL.

Brenda's greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. Her favorite times were when the entire family could be together.

Brenda worked closely with her husband at their business, Nu-Way Engineering Corp. for approximately 30 years. She assumed many duties from accounting, office manager, human resources, to Vice President. 

Brenda enjoyed serving in various church ministries including pianist and Sunday School teacher. She was a member of Highland Community Church.

Survivors include her loving husband, Lindsey, of 58 years; sons, Jeff (Lori), Tim (Marsha); daughter, Lori; one grandchild, Chloe; and two step grandchildren, Ahren and Jakeb.

Visitation will be held at Highland Community Church in Wausau, on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. A burial will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery.
