Charles Beilke

August 7, 1931 — September 8, 2024

Charles Edward Beilke "Carl", a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, peacefully passed away on September 8, 2024, at Aspirus Hospital at the age of 93. Born on August 7, 1931, in Wausau, WI, Charles was known for his dedication to his family and his love for puzzles, sports, and community involvement.

Charles is survived by his devoted wife of 70 years Barbara, his loving children Debra (Roger) Rothmeyer and Dawn (Robert) Genrich, as well as his cherished grandchildren Jennifer Rothmeyer and Dustin (Kirstin) Genrich, and his great-granddaughter Emma Genrich. He is also survived by his brother Gerald Beilke. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Eleanor; siblings William "Bill" Beilke, Robert "Bud" Beilke, and Joyce Erdman.

Throughout his life, Charles found joy in solving Sudoku and crossword puzzles, always keeping a dictionary close at hand. He was a loyal fan of the Packers, Badgers, and Cubs, and enjoyed spending time fishing and bowling. His presence was always felt at Lions Club meetings, where he found camaraderie and made meaningful contributions to his community.

Per Carl's wishes, there will not be any services. Brainard Funeral Home-Weston is assisting the family.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, sharp wit, and unwavering love for his family. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.
