Gertrude Krueger

Gertrude Krueger, age 93, passed away on February 8, 2025.

Gertrude was born in Stratford, WI to Peter Meyer and Cathryn Hein. Gertrude married Thomas Krueger on June 20, 1933 in Pine City, MN. Gertrude was a Tavern Keeper for 35 years in Rothchild, WI. She then retired in 1989 and moved north to Lake Tomahawk where they enjoyed other establishments in the area, and spending time with her family and friends.

Gertrude is survived by her one son: Guy (Debra Brown) Krueger of Weston, grandson: Blaine (Kari) Paszek of Weston. (3)Great-Grandchildren: Devin, Carsten, Eliza Paszek. (1)Great Great-Grandson: Mavrick Deacy, and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Her husband: Thomas Krueger, Daughter: Carol Paszek, Grandson: Trenton Krueger.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday March 6, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Brainard Funeral Home Everest Chapel. Deacon Erv Burkhardt will officiate. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
