Joan E. Lewitzke

Joan E. Lewitzke, passed away on Thursday October 3, 2024 at her sons home surrounded by her family. She was born May 13, 1935 in Oak Park, Ill. to Louis and Edna (Zuehlke) Gaulke. She married Wilmer Lewitzke on March 19, 1955. In her free time Joan enjoyed puzzles, word search, dice games, gardening, bird watching, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Joan is survived by her son: Neal (Paula) Lewitzke. one Daughter-in-law: Sue Lewitzke. (5) Grandchildren: Mike (Ashley) Lewitzke, Kristina Lewitzke, Tammy (Gerry) Krueger, Stacy (Paul) Seefeldt, and Allen Lewitzke. (5) Great-grandchild: Tyler, and Bradly Seefeldt, Ethan, Evan, and Lucas Lewitzke. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wilmer, Son: Dean Lewitzke. One brother: Donald Gaulke. 

A Private Service will be held on October 10, 2024.
