Kevin Krake

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Krake, age 59 of Weston, WI. Kevin peacefully departed this life on the morning of March 7, 2025.

Kevin was born to David and Patricia (Kempf) Krake in Wausau, WI. Upon graduation from D.C. Everest High School in 1983, Kevin became an employee at Kolbe Windows & Doors where he worked for over 40 years. He was planning on retiring later this year. Kevin was truly an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting and trapping.

Kevin is survived by his parents, David and Patricia Krake of Weston, WI; sister Kelly Gerner of Coupland, TX; brother Keith Krake of Weston, WI; and two nieces, Trista Gerner of Dallas, TX and Kiera Gerner of Coupland, TX.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church, (6101 Zinser St., Weston, WI 54476). Fr. Jerome Patric will officiate. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brainard Funeral Home Everest Chapel, (5712 Memorial Ct., Weston, WI 54476) and will continue on Tuesday March 18, 2025 at 9:30 AM until the hour of the service at the church. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.
