Suzan "Sue" Grubisha of Weston, WI, died on June 10th, 2024, at the age of 82.
Sue graduated from nursing school in Milwaukee, and worked in both hospitals and as a school nurse. She was a homemaker, Girl Scout Troup Leader, and was very active at her church, St. John's Lutheran Church in Mosinee. She was a Sunday school teacher for over 15 years, sewed quilts for the quilters at church and made towel dresses for overseas children. She returned to school when her children were in high school. She worked as a legal secretary and then as a medical secretary until her retirement.
Sue enjoyed gardening, crafting, sewing, the monthly lunches with "The Ladies that Lunch", the many trips around the world with her husband Jim and touring the United States with her daughter and grandsons.
Sue is survived by her daughter Kelly Love, son Michael (April) Grubisha, grandsons Zachery and Dylan Love, step granddaughters Madelyn (Tyler) Cameron and Madyson Atkins, great grandchildren Avila and Colton Love.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Jim Grubisha, brother-in-law Tom (Sandy) Grubisha, her grandparents, parents and many aunts and uncles.
Brainard Funeral Home is assisting the family during this time.
